We are really looking forward to our WtGW event on the 5th of June. With only three weeks to go we've been looking at what the students have been doing the run up to the walk.

As part of their work within the WtGW project, Holyrood secondary students studying French have been examining social inclusion. Shawlands Academy through their global citizenship course have looked at the colours of the sustainable world, safe and adequate housing and air pollution. Through their existing work with their Malawi project, Knightswood Secondary have been exploring sterotypes and prejudices as a barrier to cultural diversity. S3 students at King's Park Secondary have been looking at recycling and its role in creating a sustainable environment. Geography classes in Bellahouston Academy have been looking at sustainable transport in Glasgow. All the students involved have been very busy learning and creating. We can't wait to hear more about what the students have been up to at their presentations on the 5th of June!
